Casting
         The equipment installed in the plant's foundries will allow
 to produce the following range of castings :

1. Castings of different configuration and various degree of complexity
(core-mould and coreless) from grey cast iron grades 15, 18, 20 , made into
sand and shell (mould) :
2. Castings for machine building, such as, bodies, boxes, flywheel housings,
flywheels, flanges, pulleys, disks,weights etc. weighing from1,0 kg up to 150
kg.
3. Castings for needs of construction complex such as, waste water disposal
hatch, hatch covers, catchframe, casted fence, parapets, picket boards,floor
plates of different parameters (flat and knurled, hexahedral and rectangle)
weighing from 1,0 kg up to 5,0 kg.
4. Castings for household needs such as , casted stoves (for country cottages
and houses), oven castings (fire bars, burners, doors etc.) weighing from 1,0
kg up to 5,0 kg.
5. Castings for glass industry such as, blanks for parison moulds weighing
up to 40 kg.
6. Body individual casting weighing up to 2000 kg.
7. Castings of low alloy cast iron on the basis of grey cast iron grades 20
and 25, such as finned cylinders, bushings,liners, laps, etc weighing up to
30 kg.

	The volume of cast iron deliveries may be within the range of small
single lots (100-200 pcs.)  up to a few thousand pcs. per annum..

            Forging
        Vladimir Tractor Plant forging shop is manufacturing high quality
steel stamped forged parts weighing 0.3 kg up to 50 kg being used for the
following purposes:
1. In automotive-tractor industry : crankshafts and camshafts, gears,
steering rods, spherical bearings, end pieces, toothed rings etc.
2. Valves : flat welded and collar flanges.
3. Tools : different kinds of wrenches, hammers, sledges, crow-bars, pitching
chisels, clamps etc.
       Upon Customer's request we are designing and manufacturing forged
parts under the Customer's drawings.
